Everything is going really well. I’ve been using a lot of what we talked about in my day to day communications here and it’s working well. I feel like I’m in a much better position with my colleagues and am having an easier time getting from them what I really need, because I’m doing a better job at telling them up front what I expect and how I like to be communicated with.

Our few sessions have really changed my work relationships tremendously and I can’t thank you enough!
