Why Learn From Lynn
I came to yoga to alleviate pain in my body. I had no idea of the changes that would almost magically occur in my life simply from incorporating yoga into my routine. Not only did my lower back pain resolve itself, my whole being changed from this awesome practice. I became happier, much healthier, made new friends, felt inspired, stronger and more open. My posture changed, my core strengthened, my energy level rose, and with that so did my sense of confidence. My business improved. Relationships became more honest. I had been afraid to speak in front of groups, and suddenly was not only teaching yoga, but took my coaching and training business to the next level, as well.
